Unlike conventional fibre cement boards, Renaflex HD undergoes an enhanced
manufacturing process where the board is compressed through a world class
engineered ultra modern heavy duty hydraulic press.
This repeated compaction compresses the board structure, reducing its thickness
from approximately 9 mm to a finished 6 mm while significantly increasing its
density. The result is a board with a tighter internal matrix, higher
load-bearing capability, improved screw holding strength and greater resistance
to impact and deformation.
